Two-year Master programme entitled Color in Informatics and Media Technology (CIMET)
The CIMET consortium, composed of University Jean Monnet - Saint-Etienne (France), University of Eastern Finland, University of Granada (Spain) and Gjovik University College (Norway), delivering a two-year Master programme entitled Color in Informatics and Media Technology (CIMET) within the prestigious Erasmus Mundus programme, is launching its 2012-2014 students recruitment campaign.

Our consortium invites you to promote this master programme within your institution and to invite your best students to apply for this Master. To qualify for admission, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, physics or mathematics. 7 Erasmus Mundus scholarships are available for International students (48.000€ for the two-year course), 5 scholarships are available for European students (20.000€ for the two-year course) and additional funding are specifically targeted for the following countries (Western Balkans - FYROM, Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova).
The application deadline for the Erasmus Mundus scholarship is on the 15th of December 2011.

This Master programme is broadly interdisciplinary, encompassing photonics, computer vision and imaging science, computer science and media technology as a mix of relevant theoretical and practical knowledge. The programme requests high mobility, but it is possible to mainly study in one host university and attend only one semester in another university. All courses are delivered in English throughout the consortium.
